Crete (Greece) - Summer holidays 2008

Long weekend in the country side (Germany) - Part II

The weekend 15th Aug. in Germany we all stayed in a big house. We had drinks, lots of food and fun. We also visited places in the area (see previous blog). The house was located in a small village close to Koblenz (http://www.koblenz.de/) named "Acht" which means eight in German.

The weekend 15/8 -17/8 I was in Germany and I visited a very cozy little town built by the river of Mosel. The weather was great and we made a boat trip in the river.









After the boat trip we made a small walk in the pedestrian zone with the old classic German architecture builtings. It was awesome!

We also visited a castle which was built around the 15th century. It belonged to Eltz family and this is where it took its name from.













We also did the tour inside the castle. It was cool and atmospheric.

Mustang Sally

He is not a singer himeself but he does not perform bad. Actually, his voice is unexpectedly rough, and reminds the one of a rock star!

My Favorit Actor in "LOST"

You all know him and you all have enjoyed his performance as Hugo in the show LOST.
Jorge Garcia is a a Latin American, was born on April 28, 1973, in Omaha, Nebraska and he stars in the show since 2004.
According to my view he is very authentic, talented, simple as a personality, and far way from the star system's musts. Great proof of that is his direct contact with bloggers and funs, something that only few people would do.

"Lost" in Santorini

Last May I was in Santorini. A cycladic island in the Aegean Sea in Greece. It was my first time there in my 36 years of life although I am Greek and live in my country since the first time I was born.

People were saying to me before I go, that Santorini is fantastic, great, awesome and all these stuff. Sometimes when I here many good words about a place I am getting disappointed when I get there because in my mind I have created paradise.

In this case Santorini was a Paradise for me. A Paradise that I would love to get LOST.
